Conditonal Forms#69

I would love to have the ability to have people filling out the form select an option that would the populate subsequent fields based off their responses.

Lets say a mother is regsitering her children for VBS. We could have one section for all of her information and then a question that states how many children are you registering. Lets say she selects 3. after selection 3 sets of feilds are then populated and she can fill out registration for all her children in one form. instead of having to fill out multiple forms or on our end having to sort through text information to separate out the childrens information.
