Footer Bar#420

Many apps in the market have a footer bar that allows for additional navigation support and options. Would it be possible to create a footer bar using icons (especially when using the mosaic design layout). The footer bar can use icons.

Just looking for some additional customization and ways to provide the ability for our users to access a sticky footer with 4-5 icons that can open to any feature already created within the app. Basically like quick links to tiles already created (or even opening to a new feature)
