I need this to send messages!!!!!

this feature is very valuable to me since we are a national ministry with events around the country.
Argh. Seriously? If we didn’t need this feature we wouldn’t try to use it. A lot of frustration, extra time and extra steps to do something we always do.

@Newlifedeliverancetemple @Bill Reichart @Office : Thanks for engaging in the conversation here! I wanted to provide a little clarity that Push Messages as a whole are still available to use. Geo-Targeted Push Messages is a feature that hasn’t worked consistently, which is now disabled.
Can you provide some examples of how you’ve used the Geo-Targeted feature in the past? Your feedback is greatly appreciated as we work to better your experience with our product. Thank you!
You email asked me, I clicked to reply, brought me here. Don’t know how to answer that. We have an app. People “sign up/agree” to get weekly notifications/messages/invites from us. We simply use the app to send a short message about 1x each week to cell phones, and sometimes if cancellations due to bad weather or emergency situation. Went to send a weekly message, and couldn’t. No idea what the terms mean. I am not the tech peerson. I just couldn’t do my job due to this change and our tech person was unavailable. Apparently we had Geo-Target it or this issue wouldn’t have popped up?
Also - What/who is New Life Deliverance Temple???? I thought we dealt with Aware3. Thank you.
Sorry - very confused. My main background is in art/advertising/presentation…….NOT the tech part lol!! I probably shouldn’t be part of this conversation.

We use it to communicate with our people who are at particular conferences and events - it allows us to target based on proximity
Thanks!
We use Geo-targeted push notifications during events while people are on campus at our church.

Would love to have push back
