The recent upgrade to aware3 forms automatically sends a confirmation email when someone submits the form. We use the forms for our connect / communication cards on Sunday morning, meaning that people often complete the form once a week just to check in. They don’t need a confirmation that their card has been submitted, and we actually got a complaint about the unnecessary email. Can you add a checkbox to the form that will give us the ability to toggle off the form confirmation email?
Please allow us to remove this feature. getting another usless email is not what we need in our lives. I already know I checked in and dont see how an email back to me telling me what I did helps. All of these features you want to have shouldn’t be voted on…just do them but allow us end users the avenues to turn the feature off if we dont want it used. This is frustrating.
The automatic form confirmation emails need eliminated. Our members are using your Aware3 app to check in to record their attendance during a break in our service, and confirmation emails are being sent as they worship. I am sure distraction is not your goal. Please eliminate this feature or allow users to opt out of receiving these confirmation emails. We do not consider it an enhancement. We receive complaints about this email. We appreciate you making this adjustment quickly.

We’re happy to share, form submitters can now select whether or not they are emailed a copy of their submission. 🙌
Note: All forms that include payments will continue to generate an automated email to the user to serve as a receipt.
