Under a Profile’s Activity, would love to see how the profile was originally created. For example, did someone’s profile get created through Aware3 Giving, or App Download, or through Planning Center Check-In, or Registrations.
It would help us as a church to know how new people are getting connected to us, so that if we see a lot of success in one area, we can focus more energy/resources to further making that particular “gateway” more successful.
We see profiles being created in Aware3 because of children getting checked into Sudnay services via Planning Center Check-In. For example, all three of my own children have Profiles active in Aware3 people becasue our Planning Center account is linked to Aware3. But the are 11, 8 and 6 and don’t have mobile devices yet, and haven’t downloaded the App, yet have profiles in Aware3.
Attached is a screenshot of my 6 year old daughter profile. it shows that we’ve been sending her text messages since we became Aware3 clients, back on May 19th, 2018, which would have been when we initally linked Planning Center Check-In’s with Aware3 Profiles. What would be great would be if I could see something that says “Profile created in Aware3 via Planning Center Check-In’s on May 18th, 2018.”
Or in case of an adult user: “Profile created via Planning Center Registrations: Marriage Course, April 4th, 2021”
Or: “Profile Created via Aware3 Giving - $100 transaction”.
