Allow all active polls to be visible in the Interactive Video Feature#314

Instead of limiting someone to a single poll, and requiring a weekly update in the interactive video feature, can we have the main poll feature visible in the interactive video feature? That way any poll I create and set as live, will automatically show up there as well as the main page.
