Allow manual adjustment to # of donors on Appeal page#306

When I edited our progress ($$$) toward our total, it made it look like we had ~$20k from just 2 donors. I’d like to be able to manually adjust the # of donors as well to reflect the number of people who have supported the appeal. I’m worried it makes the system look sketchy or unreliable, decreasing trust to make a donation via the system.
