Duplicate Form Elements#298

When using an interactive element, let’s say drop down box (see example), it would be super helpul to duplicate that element and not have to retype if I want to reuse most of the copy. For instance, I’m asking a question on ranking items, I have to duplicate that element for each ranking.

Another nice feature would be to have an interactive element that looks like the checkbox layout but instead of checkboxes there is a small text box.

You can now duplicate existing form fields to avoid having to rebuild the same content. This works for all form elements except Profiles and Payments. Thank you for the feedback!
