Please Add Bulletin Feature to Interactive Video Feature#263

I would love to add a bulletin item to our interactive video feature. I love the idea of being able to watch the video and interact with forms, notes, etc. It would be super helpful to have a bulletin button available as well so folks could follow along with lyrics, scripture readings, etc.
