Enhance pledge feature#253

Give donors more ways to customize the details of their pledge (such as the frequency, timeframe, and whether it is automatically processed or reminds them to give) and be able to see the progress/impact their pledge has made.

As aware3 evolves the products, we are reviewing and redo-ing how we handle Pledges! The Pledge feature, as you know it today, is no longer available. The feature functioned similarly to Recurring Donations. As such, any active pledges in the system have been converted to a recurring donation and will continue to process as scheduled.

We have a brand new Pledge Management feature that is available to add to your plan. Here are some highlights:

• Create Pledges: Set up pledges for donors customizing the pledge amount, installment frequency, and reminders.
• Track Pledges: Stay on top of Pledges with a new report, allowing you to filter and sort pledges based on status, fund, next installment due date, and more.
• Fulfill Pledges: Allow donors to make installments online using a unique pledge payment link OR apply manual transactions, like cash and check, towards a pledge.
