The language at the bottom of the receipt one receives on the setup date of their recurring donation is causing confusion. It states, “This transaction is set to recur “monthly 4 more times”.” This seems to indicate that it occurred once even though the next sentence states, “Your first gift will occur…” Maybe the first sentence should read - This transaction is set to recur monthly 4 times. - Leave out the word “more.” This would apply to any recurring setup date receipt whether monthly, daily, weekly, etc.
