Make recurring giving more user friendly#11

Please consider allowing givers to change recurring giving amounts, giving frequency and giving method without having to delete current recurring giving schedule. This has been the most asked for change by our givers for two years running. We have made this suggestion many times. The current process is not intuitive and most of our givers who stop giving automatically, site this issue as the number one reason.
